About Us
Robert Flynn | Founder & CEO
Rob has over 22 years of experience in Investment Banking which includes 18 years at UBS. During this career he has lived and worked in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. His last role at UBS was as Managing Director – Head of Client Trading and Execution Asia. Subsequently Rob worked for startup Investment Bank Religare Capital Markets as CEO Asia.
Over the last decade he has worked increasingly proactively with small company management teams in order to create substantial shareholder value.
Rob now lives with his family in Vancouver and focuses on the family office and its investment portfolio.

Private Equity
We consider investing in companies at all stages of their development, beginning with the start-up phase and extending to late stage rounds. The key factors for our investments are the strength of the company's management team and its business model.
Although every company we back is different, they all often travel very similar growth paths. Our role is to bring the collective weight of experience of our team, our advisors and our portfolio to bear on each company so that its path is as short, as untroubled and ultimately as profitable as possible.
Our involvement may range from totally passive to frequently active, including board positions, mentoring, strategic planning, financial advice and networking. Shareholdings can be either minority or majority, we will participate as part of a consortium.
We are very open to meeting businesses well before a fundraising and working with and getting to know them over time. We believe this collaborative approach sets the best foundation for relationships that have to stand the test of time.
Real Estate
Our property investments seek an overall return generated through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The portfolio has a global remit and as such currently includes assets in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. Investment can be standalone or in partnership.
Financial Markets
Our financial market investments seek a total return. In pursuing this objective, we will consider the potential for both capital appreciation and income. The fund may also invest in equity securities whose prices we believe are or will be impacted by corporate events. The fund primarily invests in common stocks and other equity related securities.
